Plan attorneys have contracted to never charge more than $125 per hour, or when appropriate, give members a 40% discount off their usual and customary hourly rate, for legal care that goes beyond the free and discounted services described above. Contingency Fee Discounts
The contingency fee discount will be a 10% reduction of the state maximum rate or the attorney's usual rate, whichever is lower.

Plan Attorney Referrals
You will be given a customer service number for referrals to plan attorneys to address your specific legal need.
